CONSTRUCTION REGISTER

Entering a project and documents into the building register may not be the easiest and fastest thing to do. To save many hours and valuable nerve cells, our experienced specialists will be happy to contact you and do whatever is necessary for you.

PROPERTY SETUP

Apartment ownership is based on joint ownership of immovable property, i.e., Apartment ownership is a legal relationship between co-owners of immovable property. When creating an apartment property, a certain part of the joint building is transferred to each co-owner by agreement of the co-owners, therefore, a special property can also be called a separate property from a joint property.

LICENSE / NOTICE SERVICE:

  • inspection of the facility and verification of the building's compliance with the construction project for which the building permit was issued,
  • making changes to the project that do not require an application for a new building permit in accordance with the Building Law,
  • receiving / ordering missing documents and / or studies,
  • an application for a building permit / notice of use from the building register (EHR) from the local government.

HELP ON ORDER

Do you want to buy a new home? In this case, we definitely recommend a check before purchasing.

This is the only way to be sure that all required documents are provided and that no unauthorized changes have been made. Please note that if the previous owner made unauthorized changes, then the new owner is responsible for them after purchase.

Entrust a pre-purchase inspection to our experts, so that later you can live carefree in your new home.

When inspecting real estate, we do the following:

  • we check the compliance of the building with the construction project,
  • we find out whether the apartment and the house as a whole have a valid use permit or whether a notice of use has been submitted after construction,
  • we check that the data matches the data of the construction book,
  • We check whether it is residential or non-residential premises, based on the data of the Land Register and the Building Register.
